1 cup flour (i used half wheat, half pastry flour)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk (one cup of milk +1 tsp-ish lemon juice and 1 tsp-ish vinegar)
2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil (this morning i used olive oil)
i mixed up the goods and the mister sleepily wandered into the kitchen and made a "ooOOOOooo!" noise. i handed him the measuring cup and let him at it.
it was seriously cute because he's from the land of crepes, so he instantly started to thin the batter out. i told him just to let them hang out and get all fluffy. the thin one was quite tasty though. we shared it.
