forgive the less than enthralling photos--i was making dinner late and the light was horrible. however! the food was not horrible. in fact, quite the opposite. and i highly recommend you go and commandeer (or legally obtain) the following:
1 head broccoli
garlic
arugula/rocket
almonds (i used some ground ones i had laying about)
olive oil
step 1: roast broccoli and garlic
step 2: wash arugula and let roasted goods cool
step 3: make pasta; throw the above ingredients in a food processor
step 4: add nuts, add oil
step 5: dinner
